Coaching with Kate
What can you do when you find a therapist that you really think can finally help you only to find out that they can’t because they’re not licensed in your state? You can get coaching with them instead.
Kate offers coaching for individuals, couples, and families. Although both services are provided by a licensed marriage and family therapist, they serve different purposes.
Therapy focuses on healing, emotional repair, and mental health treatment.
Coaching focuses on present-day patterns, communication, boundaries, and intentional change in stable relationships.
Coaching is not therapy and does not include diagnosis or trauma processing. If therapeutic needs arise, we will pause coaching and discuss next steps.
