Overcoming Your Inner Estranged Parent is a 4-week program designed to help you understand why you feel, react, and relate the way you do—and how to finally shift it.
Each week, we explore the same core arc:

what you can do today
Every class weaves together the essential threads of family systems, BEND, attachment, emotional regulation, and self-compassion so you can see how they work together in real life.
Across four weeks, you’ll learn how your parents’ personalities and patterns shaped your early environment, how those experiences impacted your attachment and emotional wiring, how those patterns show up in your current relationships, and—most importantly—what tools you can use today to change the cycle. We’ll explore practical techniques like the Hate List, tapping, overthinking management, and feeling-your-feelings work, along with the science of attunement and nervous-system repair.
This series is for anyone who wants to understand their past without getting stuck in it, develop healthier relationships, and learn how to show up as the adult they needed then—and still need now. You’ll leave with clarity, compassion, and a toolkit for lasting emotional change.
